2. Products

All items are vintage, handmade or unique pieces.

We aim to describe each item accurately, including dimensions, materials and condition.
Natural signs of age and wear are part of their character and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Delivery costs are calculated separately based on the item and delivery location.

4. Orders

Order confirmation is sent within 24 hours.

All orders are subject to availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, a full refund will be issued.

5. Delivery

We offer delivery within Mallorca, with pricing based on distance and item size.

Delivery is typically completed within 1–2 working days from confirmation.

For Ibiza, Menorca and Formentera, delivery is arranged through trusted third-party providers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring access to the delivery location.

6. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
