Returns

At INDOON, each piece is carefully selected for its history, craftsmanship and character.

As vintage items, natural marks of time are part of their authenticity and are not considered defects.


Right of withdrawal

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

– The item must be in the same condition as received
– It must be securely packaged for safe transit
– You must notify us within 14 days at hola@indoon.es


Refunds

Once the item has been received (or proof of return provided), refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

If preferred, we can offer store credit for the full amount.


Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Due to the unique nature of our pieces, we do not offer direct exchanges.

You may return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Non-returnable items

Returns are not accepted for:

– Customised or altered pieces
– Final sale items, clearly marked at purchase


Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hola@indoon.es, including clear photos.

In these cases, we will offer:

– A replacement (if available)
– Or a full refund, including shipping
– Return costs covered by INDOON
